White Pizza with Mushrooms and Black Truffle Honey

large red onion, cut into thin slices

frozen pizza dough, thawed


large garlic clove, minced

1/2 lb

mixed wild mushrooms, cut in half

1-1/2 cups

shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Step 2

Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook 15 to 20 min. or until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Sweet red onions sauteing in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3

Meanwhile, pat pizza dough into a 14-inch round on a lightly floured baking sheet. Mix garlic and remaining oil until blended; brush onto dough. Top with mushrooms. Bake for 10 min.
