Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Step 2
Beat an egg in a shallow bowl. Combine coconut and breadcrumbs in a separate shallow bowl.
Step 3
Dip shrimp, 1 at a time, in the egg, then in coconut mixture, turning to evenly coat each shrimp. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Air fry for 8 to 10 min. or until shrimp are tender and coconut has browned, shaking the basket halfway. Toss with sesame seeds, green onion and sauce.
