ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
fully cooked beef pot roast in gravy
refrigerated French onion dip
sliced fresh mushrooms
frozen peas and carrots
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Bake TATER TOTS as directed on the package.
Meanwhile, microwave pot roast as directed on the package; cool slightly. Pull meat into shreds with 2 forks; place in a medium saucepan.
Add beef gravy and onion dip; mix well. Cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Keep warm.
Cook mushrooms on medium-low heat in a large skillet with olive oil for 3 to 4 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add meat, peas and carrots; mix well. Cook for 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Spoon TATER TOTS onto a platter; drizzle with gravy mixture. Top with vegetables, beef, and French-Fried Onions.
