frozen breaded chicken breast (about 3 oz.)

hot cooked jasmine rice

1/2 cups

chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cups

shredded purple cabbage

1/4 cups

English cucumber slices

1/4 cups

shredded carrots

sugar snap peas, cut into strips

Instructions

Step 1

Bake chicken as directed on the package.

Step 2

Spoon rice into a shallow serving bowl; spread to evenly cover bottom of bowl.

Hot cooked rice is spooned into a large, shallow serving bowl.

Step 3

Slice chicken; place over half the rice.

The baked chicken is sliced and placed on a plate full of rice.

Step 4

Place cilantro and vegetables in small piles over remaining rice.

Vegetables and cilantro are spooned over the sliced chicken on the bed of cooked rice.

Step 5

Spoon Mandarin Orange Miso Crunch over chicken and vegetables.

The remaining Heinz Mandarin Orange Miso Crunch Sauce is spooned over the finished dish of chicken, vegetables and rice.
