Ingredients

Tin Heinz cream of tomato with basil soup

Olive oil

Clove of garlic

Minced beef

Egg yolk

Instructions

Step 1

Add the minced beef, egg yolk and bread crumbs to a large bowl. Season to taste and mix together.

Step 2

Roll in 10 meatballs and fry in a deep pan on high heat until all sides are browned. Do not add oil.

Step 3

Add the olive oil, onion, courgette, red pepper, sliced mushrooms and chopped garlic to the frying pan and cook until slightly glazed.

Step 4

Add the Heinz Cream of Tomato with Basil Soup to the vegetables and mix together. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 5

In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in a separate pan according to the packaging. Drain the spaghetti, add it to the meatballs sauce and mix through. Add the fresh basil leaves on top before serving.
