X 200,g pieces of cod loin

50 g

Fresh breadcrumbs

3 tbsp

Chopped parsley and tarragon


Zest of a lemon

2 tsp

Olive oil

100 g

Kale roughly chopped, any tough storks removed

150 g

New potatoes


A knob of butter


Heinz seriously good truffle mayo


Step 1

Heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.

Step 2

Combine the breadcrumbs, herbs, lemon zest and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the fish on a lined baking sheet and spread the breadcrumb mixture over the fish, patting it down until it sticks.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cod becomes opaque and flakes easily.

Step 4

Boil the potatoes in a large pan of water for 12-15 minutes, until tender, adding the kale for the last 8 minutes of cooking. Drain the potatoes and kale and add a knob of butter, serve alongside the baked cod with a dollop of Heinz [Seriously] Good Truffle Mayo.
