Juicy chargrilled steak skewers

Ingredients

1 tbsp

Olive oil plus extra to drizzle

2 tbsp

Soy sauce

1 tbsp

Red wine vinegar

A dash of worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp

Honey

1 tbsp

Dijon mustard

500 g

Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes

Veg of your choice, cut into bite sized chunks (e.g. asparagus spears, red onion, courgette, peppers and mushrooms)

Heinz tomato ketchup to serve

Instructions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade, add the diced beef and give a good stir to coat the meat well, cover and leave to marinade in the fridge for at least an hour.

Step 2

When ready to cook, heat your BBQ or grill pan until smoking hot and drizzle the prepared veg with oil. Thread the marinated meat onto the skewers alternating with the vegetable pieces.

Step 3

Grill the kebabs over a medium heat for about 12-15 minutes, turning regularly, or until all sides of the meat are well browned, and vegetables are tender.

Step 4

Serve with Heinz Tomato Ketchup and your favourite BBQ sides.
