Ingredients

1 

boneless beef chuck roast (2 lb.), trimmed, cut into 4 pieces

1 jar

(12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Beef Gravy

6 tbsp

HEINZ Chipotle Ketchup

2 tsp

ground cumin

1 tsp

dried Mexican oregano

1 

white onion, finely chopped, divided

12 

flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

1/2 cup

loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves

1 

lime, cut into 6 wedges

Instructions

Step 1

Combine meat, gravy, ketchup, cumin, oregano and half of the onions in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; cover with lid.

Step 2

Cook 5-1/2 to 6 hrs. on LOW (or 3-1/2 to 4 hrs. on HIGH).

Step 3

Use 2 forks to pull the meat into shreds.

Step 4

Mix with the gravy in the slow cooker.

Step 5

Spoon meat mixture onto the tortillas; top with the cilantro and remaining onions, then roll up.

Step 6

Serve with the lime wedges on the side. Enjoy! Optional: Serve with additional taco toppings such as salsa, Mexican-style cheese, and shredded lettuce.
