Medium potatoes, peeled & grated

300 g

Can Heinz Beanz® caramelised onion flavour

1 cup

Grated cheese

1/2 cup

Plain flour


Salt and pepper, to taste


Step 1

Mix all the ingredients into a bowl

Step 2

Heat a waffle maker or a non-stick frying pan over medium heat

Step 3

Grease with a little oil if needed, then spoon ¼,cup of the mixture for each waffle

Step 4

Press to flatten so the waffle cooks evenly. Cook 2 minutes on each side, or about 3 minutes in a waffle maker, until golden and crispy all over.

Step 5

Serve loaded with sour cream, avocado, tomato salad, or any of your favourite toppings.
