Ingredients

pork baby back ribs
1 tbsp
onion powder
1 tbsp
smoked paprika
1 tsp
black pepper
1/2 cup
packed brown sugar
1 cup
HEINZ Chipotle Honey Mustard, divided
Instructions
Step 1
Heat smoker to 225F
Step 2
Mix dry seasonings and 1/2 cup mustard until blended; spoon evenly over ribs.
Step 3
Place ribs on grill grate of smoker meat side up; cover grill with lid.
Step 4
Smoke ribs for 2 hours. Remove ribs from grill and increase smoker heat to 275F.
Step 5
Place ribs in center of sheet of heavy-duty foil. Bring up both long sides of foil and double fold top and ends of foil to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
Step 6
Smoke another 2 hours or until ribs are tender.
Step 7
Remove foil packet from grill, then remove ribs from foil. Discard foil. Return ribs to grill for another 30 min.
Step 8
Mix brown sugar and remaining mustard until blended. Brush with half of the mustard mixture.
Step 9
Smoke 30 more min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining mustard mixture. Remove ribs from heat and let rest 15 min. before cutting. Serve with any remaining mustard mixture.
