Step 1

Melt 1 tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and zucchini; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove vegetables from skillet; set aside.

Step 2

Melt remaining butter in same skillet. Stir in rice, then the gravy and water. Bring to a boil; simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.

Step 3

Return cooked vegetables to skillet along with the peas; stir. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
