each of chopped eggplant, onions, yellow peppers and zucchini

cloves of garlic, minced

2-1/2 cups

water

1 can

(14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 jar

(12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle™ Herbes de Provence Gravy

3/4 cup

shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped fresh vegetables and garlic; cook for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

Step 2

Add water, tomatoes and gravy; stir. Bring to boil; simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Serve topped with cheese.
