Ingredients

    flour tortilla (8 inch)

  • 2

    tbsp

    HEINZ Mexican-Inspired Street Corn

  • 2

    tbsp

    frozen corn, thawed and drained

  • 1/4

    cup

    shredded Mexican cheese blend

  • 1/4

    cup

    cooked chicken breast, shredded

  • 1/4

    avocado, chopped


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Cut the tortilla halfway across from one edge to the center. Spread street sauce evenly across the tortilla.

  2. Step 2

    Spoon corn onto the quarter of tortilla to the left of the cut; sprinkle cheese onto next quarter of tortilla; spread chicken onto next quarter of tortilla; mash avocado onto next quarter of tortilla.

  3. Step 3

    Fold tortilla working clockwise from the cut; avocado quarter onto chicken quarter, then onto the cheese quarter, then onto the corn quarter.

  4. Step 4

    SPRAY medium sized pan with cooking spray; heat on medium heat. Add quesadilla; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until filling is heated through and quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides.
