(8 oz.) sliced mixed wild mushrooms

1 jar

(12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle™ Caramelized Onion & Thyme Gravy

3 cups

gnocchi, cooked

1/4 cup

light sour cream

1/2 tsp

GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp

finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Step 1

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook for 10 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.

Step 2

Add gravy and gnocchi; stir to evenly coat all ingredients with gravy. Simmer over medium-low heat 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat.

Step 3

Stir in sour cream and mustard.

Step 4

Sprinkle with parsley.
