Ingredients

    Chorizo sausage

    Dried fettuccine

  • 1

    Small onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2

    Red capsicum, deseeded and chopped

  • 3

    Rashers bacon, chopped

  • 100

    Button mushrooms, trimmed and sliced

  • 1/2

    Gregg's ground chilli

    Jar Heinz [seriously good™ tomato and roasted garlic pasta sauce

    Shaved parmesan

    Basil pesto to serve


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Cook the fettuccine in lightly salted, boiling water for 10-12 minutes or until tender.

  2. Step 2

    While the pasta is cooking heat a dash of oil in a frying pan. Add onions and capsicum. Stir fry over medium heat until onion and capsicum soften.

  3. Step 3

    Add chorizo and bacon and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Add mushrooms, Gregg’s Ground Chilli and continue cooking until mushrooms are soft and bacon cooked.

  5. Step 5

    Pour over HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Tomato and Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce . Stir and heat until sauce is hot.

  6. Step 6

    Drain cooked pasta. Pour over sauce and toss to mix.

  7. Step 7

    Serve garnished with shaved Parmesan and a dollop of basil pesto.
