Ingredients

250 g

Pkt broccolini

2 cups

Baby kale,finely sliced

1/2 

Small red onion,finely chopped

1/2 cup

Dried cranberries or currants

1/2 cup

Toasted almonds,roughly chopped

1/4 cup

Chopped coriander

1/2-3/4 cup

Heinz [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ original mayonnaise

2-3 tbsp

Cider vinegar or lemon juice

2 tbsp

Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Trim the broccolini and cut into shorter lengths. Cut lengths into very thin slices with a knife or using a food processor fitted with a cutting blade attachment.

Step 2

Place the broccoli into a bowl with the sliced kale, red onion, cranberries or currants, almonds and coriander.

Step 3

Combine the HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Mayonnaise and cider vinegar or lemon juice in a small bowl.

Step 4

Stir the dressing through the coleslaw and top with chia seeds if desired.
