Beans spanish eggs


Ingredients

    g

    Heinz Creationz spanish-style mixed beans with chorizo

  • 50

    g

    Baby spinach

  • 2

    Eggs

  • -

    Freshly ground pepper and salt, to taste

  • 1

    tbsp

    Grated cheese

  • 1/4

    bunch

    Chives, finely chopped

  • 4

    Slices chunky buttered bread or toast


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat HEINZ Creationz Spanish Beans until hot. Add baby spinach leaves and stir through.

  2. Step 2

    Divide beans between 2 x 1,cup capacity greased ovenproof shallow dishes or ramekins. Form an indentation in the centre of each pile and crack an egg into each ramekin. Season with freshly ground pepper and salt and sprinkle with grated cheese.

  3. Step 3

    Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven of 180°C for 10 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking for a further 3-5 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Serve ramekins on a plate with chunky bread and sprinkle egg with chives.
