Slow cooked paprika pork beans and roasted tomatoes


Ingredients

    Pork shoulder

    Paprika

    Handfuls of cherry tomatoes

    Of Heinz baked Beanz

  • 1

    Chopped onion

  • 1

    Crushed clove of garlic

  • 1

    Of olive oil

    Dash of red wine vinegar

  • 4

    Handfuls of baby spinach

  • 1

    tsp

    Of parsley


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oil in a caserole dish. Cook the chopped onions garlic and paprika until the onions are slightly golden. Then add the pork shoulder and brown.

  2. Step 2

    Add the Heinz Baked Beanz Cherry Tomatoes a dash of red wine vinegar and a little water to the casserole dish and leave to simmer over a low heat for 2 hours.

  3. Step 3

    Once pork is cooked start to pull it apart. Stir through the spinach and parsley and serve.
