Savoury french toast topped with beans spinach and roasted tomatoes


Ingredients

    Half a,tin of Heinz no added sugar baked Beanz

  • 2

    slices

    Of white bolder bread

  • 1

    Handful of baby spinach

  • 1

    Handful of cherry tomatoes

  • 1

    tbsp

    Of butter

  • 2

    Eggs

  • -

    Dash of milk


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    In a shallow bowl mix the Eggs and Milk.

  2. Step 2

    Dip the white bolder bread into the egg mixture making sure it has soaked up the mixture.

  3. Step 3

    Heat the Heinz Baked Beanz over the hob.

  4. Step 4

    In a pan heat the butter. Add the white bolder bread and fry on each side untl golden brown. Use the same pan to fry the baby spinach.

  5. Step 5

    On a baking tray place your tomatoes and roast in the oven at 200°C for 10 Minutes.
