Ingredients

3 

Chicken breasts

1 tbsp

Garlic paste

2 tsp

Ginger paste

2 tsp

Turmeric

1 tsp

Salt

1 tsp

Curry powder

1 tsp

Smoked paprika

1 tsp

Cumin

75 g

Natural or greek yoghurt

1 jar

Heinz curry passata

2 

White onions diced

200 g

Cashew nuts

150 ml

Double cream

2 tbsp

Butter

Instructions

Step 1

Marinate chicken in spices and yoghurt for at least 20 minutes.

Step 2

Fry off chicken until almost done then remove from the pan.

Step 3

Deglaze the pan with butter and oil.

Step 4

Add in the onions and cook until softened.

Step 5

Add the ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant.

Step 6

Add Heinz Curry Base cream and cashews and let it simmer.

Step 7

Blend (in food processor or using stick blender).

Step 8

Add back to pan and add chicken - simmer until chicken is cooked through.

Step 9

Serve with cream and coriander on top. \n To Serve:Naan,Coriander,Rice,Extra yoghurt/cream
