    Ready-made pizza dough

    Heinz Pizza Sauce

  • 125

    g

    Mozzarella well drained torn into small pieces

  • 1

    Olive oil

  • 4

    Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2

    Fresh jalapeño chilli, thinly sliced or a few slices of pickled jalapeño

  • 2

    Sprigs of fresh coriander, roughly chopped


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220c/200c fan/Gas 7.

  2. Step 2

    Allow pizza dough to reach room temperature.

  3. Step 3

    Roast cherry tomatoes for 10 minutes, set aside.

  4. Step 4

    Roll dough into a 24cm circle on baking paper, spread Heinz Pizza Sauce leaving a border. Add half the mozzarella, season, brush border with olive oil.

  5. Step 5

    Bake for 9-12 minutes until golden.

  6. Step 6

    Top with remaining mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, jalapeño, and coriander.
