Orzo mushroom pasta


Ingredients

    Heinz cream of mushroom soup

    Low salt vegetable stock

    Chestnut mushrooms

    Half a chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the chopped onion garlic and chestnut mushrooms over the hob until the mushrooms are lightly browned.

  2. Step 2

    Reduce the heat and add the Orzo pasta stir often until pasta is light golden about 2 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Add the vegetable stock and Heinz Cream of Mushroom Soup. Bring to the boil and then simmer until the pasta is tender to bite.

  4. Step 4

    If mixture becomes too thin before pasta is done add more vegetable stock.

  5. Step 5

    Serve with grated paremsan cheese.
