Heinz Beanz or Heinz No Added Sugar Beanz

50 g

Dry breadcrumbs

50 g

Parmesan, finely grated

1 tsp

Dried oregano

1/2 tsp

Ground black pepper

Skinless chicken breasts

Grated mozzarella

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°c fan (Gas mark 6).

Step 2

Take two wide shallow bowls, in one mix together the breadcrumbs, half the parmesan, oregano and pepper. And in the other beat the egg.

Step 3

Cut the chicken breasts in half through the middle, place between two sheets of cling film and bash with a rolling pin until they are an even thickness, about 3cm.

Step 4

Dip the chicken breasts one at a time in the egg and then the breadcrumb mix to fully coat.

Step 5

Place onto a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden and crisp. Meanwhile warm the Heinz Beanz in a small saucepan.

Step 6

Lay the cooked chicken in an oven proof dish, top with the Heinz Beanz and finish with the grated mozzarella and remaining parmesan.

Step 7

Place under a hot grill until the cheese is golden, melted and bubbling.
