Heinz Basil Passata

Mixed olives chopped

Chicken thighs

Instructions
Step 1
Combine veg, orzo, 1 tbsp paprika, oregano, passata, juice from half the lemon, and chicken stock in a baking dish.
Step 2
Mix everything, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place chicken thighs and lemon slices on top.
Step 4
Sprinkle remaining 1 tbsp paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for about 30 mins until orzo is cooked, thighs are done, and everything is piping hot.
Step 6
Garnish with lots of fresh herbs and feta cheese before serving.
Step 7
Pair with a fresh side salad for the perfect summer meal!
