Ingredients

sesame oil

1 tbsp

grated fresh ginger

1 tbsp

minced garlic

1 jar

(12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Pork Gravy

2 cups

water

1 tsp

Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)

4 tsp

soy sauce

2 pkg

(3 oz. each) ramen noodles (any flavor)

1 cup

tightly packed baby spinach leaves

2 

green onions, sliced

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add ginger and garlic; cook and stir 2 min.

Step 3

Stir in the gravy, water, Sriracha sauce and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

Step 4

Add noodles; mix well. Discard both Seasoning Packets.

Step 5

Add spinach; cook and stir 4 min. or just until noodles are tender, stirring frequently.

Step 6

Serve topped with green onions. Optional: Top each serving with a soft-boiled egg.
