Loaded potato waffles


Ingredients

    Medium potatoes, peeled & grated

  • 300

    g

    Can Heinz Beanz® caramelised onion flavour

  • 1

    cup

    Grated cheese

  • 1/2

    cup

    Plain flour

  • -

    Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Mix all the ingredients into a bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Heat a waffle maker or a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

  3. Step 3

    Grease with a little oil if needed, then spoon ¼,cup of the mixture for each waffle.

  4. Step 4

    Press to flatten so the waffle cooks evenly. Cook 2 minutes on each side, or about 3 minutes in a waffle maker, until golden and crispy all over.

  5. Step 5

    Serve loaded with sour cream, avocado, tomato salad, or any of your favourite toppings.
