While the McInnis family has been selling jellies and confections through their brand for half a decade, the've only recently established a brick-and-mortar location. Here, they hire individuals with special needs, who might have difficulty finding and maintaining employment elsewhere. Core to their philosophy is the concept of belonging, which is why then spend so much energy and effort extending that kindness to their community members with special needs.
