Salmon

1/4 cups

Renee’s Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

1/4 cups

Red onion diced

1/8 cups

Coarsely chopped caper

1 

Lemon juice and zest of lemon

1/4 cups

Mayoratcha

2 tbsp

Renee’s Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the BBQ.

Step 2

Brush the salmon with the 1/4 cup of dressing.

Step 3

Cook the salmon on the BBQ.

Step 4

Meanwhile, chop the red onion and the capers.

Step 5

When the salmon is cooked, let it cool.

Step 6

When the salmon is cool, shred it up in a bowl and add the onions, capers and lemon zest.

Step 7

Add the mayoratcha, honey and dijon vinaigrette and the pinch of salt.

Step 8

Put in a bowl and add bread to dip.
