Ingredients

boneless beef chuck or blade roast (1 lb.), trimmed, cut across the grain into 2-inch-thick slices

1/4 cup

packed brown sugar

3 tbsp

less-sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp

Minced garlic

1 tsp

grated fresh ginger

1 tsp

Sesame oil

1 pkg

(10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets

1 cup

brown rice

Instructions

Step 1

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray

Step 2

Combine all ingredients except broccoli and rice in slow cooker; cover with lid.

Step 3

Cook on LOW 3 to 4 hrs. (or on HIGH 1 to 2 hrs).

Step 4

Stir in the broccoli.

Step 5

Cook, covered, on LOW 30 min. or until broccoli is heated through.

Step 6

Slice beef.

Step 7

Serve beef mixture over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
