Ingredients

cubed pumpernickel bread

Kraft Miracle Whip Original Spread

large garlic clove, minced

torn romaine lettuce

3 cups

baby arugula

1 cups

cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cups

torn fresh basil leaves, divided

1/3 cups

Tip:

Jumpstart this salad with pre-cooked bacon.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F. Toss bread Miracle Whip and garlic until coated. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet. Bake, tossing once, until crispy, 12 – 15 min. Let cool.

Step 2

In large bowl toss romaine, arugula, prepared croutons, tomatoes, bacon and half of the basil with dressing until lightly coated. Garnish with remaining basil.
