Smashed New Potatoes with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
500 g
baby potatoes
2 tbsp
olive oil
2
fat cloves of garlic
4-6 tbsp
Heinz Chip Sauce

smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp
snipped chives
Instructions
Step 1
Add the potatoes to a saucepan. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
Step 2
Drain and return to the pan to steam dry for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pre heat the oven to 190c fan. Divide the potatoes between two large baking trays. Drizzle over the oil and add the crushed garlic. Arrange the potatoes side down where you can on the trays, use the back of a wooden spoon to press down on each potato lightly crushing flat, sprinkle with salt.
Step 4
Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes turning the potatoes halfway through.
Step 5
Allow to cool for 10 minutes out of the oven, transfer to a serving platter (discard the garlic). Top each potato with a drizzle of Heinz Chip Sauce, spoon over a little smoked salmon and top with snipped chives.
