Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil
1 large
onion, sliced
1 tsp
maple syrup

Heinz Yellow Mustard

large garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

Heinz Burger Sauce, plus extra to serve

Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the sliced onions, cook on a low heat for 20 mins until starting to caramelise, squeeze in the mustard, add the maple syrup and cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 2
While the onions cook, brown the mince in a separate frying pan over a high heat for 5-10 minutes, until browned all over and starting to turn crisp.
Step 3
Add half the caramelised onion, garlic and paprika allow to cook for a further 2 minutes.
Step 4
Stir through the tin of tomatoes and 2 tbsp of Burger Sauce and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Place a lid on and cook for 15 – 20 minutes - the sauce should have reduced and thickened.
Step 5
Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions, drain and transfer to an oven proof dish, pour over the meat sauce and stir to combine everything.
Step 6
Preheat your grill to high, top the dish with the cheese, chopped green peppers and tomatoes.
Step 7
Bake the dish under the grill for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
