What You Need
1 ground turkey
1/3 HEINZ Real Mayonnaise, divided
4 CRACKER BARREL Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
4 pretzel sandwich rolls (4 inch), split
1 Honeycrisp apple, cut into 16 slices
1 tightly packed baby arugula
4 thin shallot slices
4 HEINZ Spicy Brown Mustard
Make It

Mix turkey and 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick patties).
Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until burgers are done (165ºF), topping with cheese for the last 2 min.
Spread cut sides of rolls with remaining mayonnaise.
Place apples on bottom halves of rolls; top with burgers, arugula, shallots and mustard. Cover with tops of rolls.
