Jack Drosdick was chairman, CEO and president of Sunoco, Inc. since 2000. He retired as CEO and president on August 8, 2008 and remained chairman until December 31, 2008. He was president and COO of Sunoco (1996-2000), president of Ultramar Corp. (1990-96) and Tosco Corp. (1987-90). He began his career with Exxon (1968-83). Mr. Drosdick is also a board member of United States Steel Corporation and H. J. Heinz Company. He is a trustee and Vice Chairman of both the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts.
